Refund policy

At Kalajama Studio, we’re super proud of the products we create. We aim to deliver high quality and ensure you’re happy with your order. However, sometimes things don’t go as planned. If something’s wrong with your order, let us know - we’re here to help. Here is our policy on refunds.

My item did not arrive or it arrived damaged, or I was sent the wrong item?

We only offer refunds or post replacements under the following circumstances:

  1. My item did not arrive: If your order doesn’t make it to you, please reach out to us. We’ll investigate the issue and ensure that you receive what you ordered or issue a refund if necessary.
  2. My item arrived damaged: If your item arrives in less-than-perfect condition, we’ll make it right. Simply provide photos of the damage, and we’ll either send you a replacement or issue a refund.
  3. I was sent the wrong item: Mistakes happen! If you receive an item that isn’t what you ordered, we’ll correct the error at no additional cost to you. Please let us know right away so we can sort this out.

How to Get a Refund or a Replacement

We will process your refund back to your original payment method. Refunds typically take 5-10 business days to appear in your account. Alternatively, if a replacement is needed, we’ll arrange for it to be sent as quickly as possible.

Here’s how to get started: If you fall into one of the categories above, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order (or within 30 days if your item did not arrive at all) by emailing us at info@kalamaja.studio. Here’s what we’ll need to assist you:

  • Your order number.
  • Photos of the item(s) you received (if applicable).
  • A description of the issue.

I ordered a print and changed my mind

We’re a small business, and every item is printed just for you. Because of this, we’re unable to offer refunds if you change your mind or if the address provided at checkout was incorrect. Thank you for understanding and supporting what we do!
