The Peugeot 404, introduced in 1960 and designed by Pininfarina, became renowned for its reliability and performance. It was equipped with a 1.6-litre engine producing approximately 72 horsepower, capable of reaching speeds up to 90 mph.
The model gained popularity not only in Europe but also in Africa and South America, with over 2.8 million units sold worldwide during its production run. Its success was further cemented by notable victories in events like the East African Safari Rally in 1963 and 1966.
The Arc de Triomphe, completed in 1836, stands as a monument to French national pride and commemorates those who fought and died for France during the French Revolutionary and Napoleonic Wars. Its presence in the poster underscores Peugeot's connection to French identity.

Natural Pine Frames
Our wooden poster frames are made from durable natural pine wood and come ready to hang. The frames measure 23mm thick by 12mm wide and feature art-quality, shatterproof plexiglass to ensure safe shipping (no glass). Remember to peel off the protective film before you hang!
